Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Astros Pro. If you’re not, we’ll refund you.

Standard refund

Within 14 days of purchase, request a refund — no questions asked.

  • Email support@astros.cx with your order number, or
  • Use the Lemon Squeezy customer portal link in your receipt.

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Funds typically reach your card within 5–10 business days.

Subscription cancellations

Cancel any time from your dashboard or the customer portal. You keep Pro features until the end of the current billing period; we don’t pro-rate partial months unless required by law.

Disputes

For anything outside the 14-day window, reach out anyway — we’re a small team and read every email.
